Short on time but still want to impress your family & quests? Today I am sharing three quick & easy dessert ideas using no-bake cheesecake filling.
My friends at Mad Dash Mixes have several different flavors of No Bake cheesecake mixes available. Any of the cheesecake flavors can be used to make these quick & easy dessert ideas! Today, I am using the Key Lime No Bake Cheesecake mix for two of the desserts. I used the Birthday Cake flavor for the third idea.
These no-bake cheesecake filling ideas are perfect for any occasion and is sure to be crowd-pleasers!

It’s A Wrap!
Let me show you how easy it is to turn no bake cheesecake filling into filling for a dessert wrap!
Let’s Get To Mixin’
Pictured above are the ingredients you will need in order to make the Key Lime No Bake Cheesecake filling.
Ingredients:
2 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese (I used the lower fat option)
1 8 oz Cool Whip or similar whipped topping
1 Mad Dash Mix No Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Mix packet
You will also need soft tortillas. I used the snack size ones for this recipe.
The Mixing Process
You can use an electric hand mixer, stand mixer or even mix the ingredients by hand. I normally use my Mom’s vintage Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer.
After the cream cheese has softened, add it to your mixing bowl. Then add the Cheesecake Mix. Blend until the cream cheese is very creamy.
Next you will fold in your Cool Whip or other whipped Topping.
After you have folded in the whipped topping, the cheesecake filling is ready.
Preparing the Wraps
Once the Cool Whip is folded in, you are ready to prepare the wraps.
Place one of the snack sized tortillas on a flat surface. I used a small pizza peel. Spread the Cheesecake filling on the tortilla. Make sure you get as close to the edge as possible.
Roll the tortilla up. If you aren’t serving them immediately, place in a storage container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Repeat the process until you have 8 wraps. You will have some cheesecake filling left over. This filling can be used as a dip or you could use it to fill a 4 pack of mini graham cracker crusts. You could also make more wraps if you would like. Chill the wraps until you are ready to serve them.
To serve, place the wrap on a plate. Garnish with whipped topping and nonpareils. Enjoy!
No Bake Cheesecake Parfait
The second quick & easy way to serve no bake Cheesecake filling is to make a parfait.
The parfaits are made by layering a graham cracker & pecan crumble with the no bake Cheesecake filling. The parfaits can be decorated with whipped topping, nonpareils and sanding sugar.
Key Lime No Bake Cheesecake Parfaits

Ingredients
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened low fat cream cheese can be used
- 8 oz Cool Whip other brands of whipped topping can be used
- 8 sheets graham crackers
- 1 packet Key Lime Pie No Bake Cheesecake Mix by Mad Dash Mixes
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- nonpareils for top of cheesecake if desired
- whipped cream for top of cheesecake if desired
Instructions
- Add softened cream cheese and the Cheesecake Mix in a bowl. Blend until Creamy
Fold in Cool Whip or other whipped topping
prepare crumble or graham cracker/pecan crumbs
crush crumbs and pecans and then add melted butter. stir till crumbs are well coated
place about 1/8 cup of crumble in bottom of parfait dish or footed dish
decorate with nonpareils and sanding sugar
cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving, place excess cheesecake filling (if any) in a bowl, cover and refrigerate
use the left-over filling as a dip for fresh fruit or cookies
No Bake Cheesecake Dip
Birthday No Bake Cheesecake Dip
A creamy no bake cheesecake served as a fruit dip.
Prep Time 20 mins Chilling Time 2 hrs Total Time 2 hrs 20 mins

Ingredients
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened low fat cream cheese can be used
- 8 oz Cool Whip other brands of whipped topping can be used
- 1 packet Birthday Cake No Bake Cheesecake Mix by Mad Dash Mixes
- assorted fruit & cookies
Instructions
- Add softened cream cheese and the Cheesecake Mix in a bowl. Blend until Creamy
Fold in Cool Whip or other whipped topping
Gently Spread in serving bowl, cover & chill for at least 2 hours
decorate with nonpareils
use the cheesecake filling as a dip for fresh fruit or cookies

- 16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened low fat cream cheese can be used
- 8 oz Cool Whip other brands of whipped topping can be used
- 1 packet Key Lime Pie No Bake Cheesecake Mix by Mad Dash Mixes
- 8 snack size tortillas
- whipped topping in a can
- Nonpareils or sprinkles
Instructions
- Add softened cream cheese and the Cheesecake Mix in a bowl. Blend until Creamy
- Fold in Cool Whip or other whipped topping
- Gently Spread cheesecake filling over one of the snack size tortillas, make sure you spread the filling almost to the edge
- roll the tortilla up and store in a container . Place the tortilla seam side down in the container, Chill until ready to serve.
- repeat process until you have 8 filled tortillas. Use the remaining cheesecake filling as a dip for fruit or use it to fill mini graham cracker crusts.
- To serve, place the wrap on a plate. Add Whipped topping to the top of the wrap and sprinkle nonpareils over the whipped topping. Enjoy!
Tips
- Refrigerate any leftovers. The wraps should be stored in a covered container.
