How to make a berry acai smoothie bowl recipe. This is like a smoothie, but it's in a bowl so it's easy to eat for breakfast. It's made with almond milk, so it's dairy free and vegan.

Acai berries are often called a super food. They are high in antioxidants and low in sugar. They have good fats and fiber, making them a good choice for this acai smoothie bowl. I used frozen acai berry pouches, but you can also use acai powder. Use 1 tablespoon of powder for one packet.

I topped mine with fresh fruit and oatmeal. You can also use nuts or seeds.

Ingredients

  • 2 Packets Açaí Berry Pulp
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats
Instructions

Place 2 Bananas, almond milk, & açaí pulp into a blender.
Pour blended mixture into a bowl.
Place raspberries, blackberries, sliced bananas & oats on top
