Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 Haas Avocado
  • a few pieces of ice
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a smoothie single serve blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy with a straw or spoon!

    Wondering about toasting the oats first, and not using quick oats as regular oats have more fiber...

      I’m not sure, but that might work or you could blend the oats first and make a flour. Same with the unsweetened coconut if you like a smoother texture.
