- Vanilla Extract
- Avocado

Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 2 c Organic spinach
- 1 c Unsweeted coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon Organic peppermint oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Avocado, halved & pitted
- 1 bunch Organic, fresh mint
- 3 scoops organic vanilla ice cream (sub in coconut ice cream if dairy-free.)
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey use as much sweetener as you prefer.
- 1 c Ice
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 5-minutes. Give the fresh mint leaves times to blend into the smoothie. Use a blender spoon throughout the blending process.
- Pour the Shamrock Shakes in tall glasses and top with dark chocolate chips and garnish with more fresh mint leaves.
