Cantaloupe Spiced Juice is one of the very simple, yet surprisingly delicious summer drink. In summer we generally don't like eating heavy meals, so this juice can be a life saver. It's a very simple & easy recipe which can be made instantly within minutes.

We need One fresh cantaloupe melon, cubed. To keep it healthy I have used Maple syrup instead of sugar. A touch of ground cinnamon brings fabulous flavor to the juice.

And fresh lemon juice, brightens and enhances the flavors all together. Then, you're good to go!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped Cantaloupe cubes
  • 2 Tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

To the blender, add cubed Cantaloupe blend untill smooth.
Now add maple syrup, ground cinnamon powder and lemon juice, blend it well.
Add few ice cubes & pour the spiced cantaloupe juice into glasses.
Garnish with Star anise (optional)
Tips
  • You can adjust consistency as per your taste by adding chilled water.
  • Instead of maple syrup, you can use sugar as well.
  • Star Anise for garnish is optional.
