Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer
Making your own coffee creamer at home is so easy! I like to make my own because I'm dairy free and like to cut back on the sugar. I also want to eat healthier, but I'm not willing to give up my coffee and creamer.
You can make this vegan or dairy free by using almond milk or oat milk. I recommend using vanilla almond milk if you like almond milk. Personally, I prefer oat milk, but it's personal preference. You can also use half and half or whole milk if you prefer. I store mine in a mason jar with a pour spout lid to make it easier to pour.
For the sweetener, I used coconut sugar. However, you can use regular sugar, monk fruit, stevia, or your favorite sweetener. This will change the calorie content.
The servings and nutritional information are based on half and half and regular white table sugar. If you use other milks or sugar, your values will be different. I recommend running the ingredients through your preferred nutritional calculator if you feel strongly about it.
