This refreshing and beautifully green mojito was inspired by Mother Earth herself and served up in some fun mushroom glasses my sweet friend got me since she knew I wanted to make some fun cocktails during April for Earth Month. But I believe Earth Month should be every month, and this drink is great year round. The Earth Day-Inspired Mojito is a delightfully green cocktail that is sweet, slightly sour, and super yummy. It’s best served over ice, which isn’t shown in the picture for aesthetic reasons. And the best part is, it’s stronger than it looks :) With rum and liqueurs, you’re getting a strong drink that doesn’t taste like it.

Yum! The glasses are so cute too!
...and why would you want a drink that is stronger than it tastes?
BTW, glasses are adorable.
