Have you heard of a Moscow Mule? It’s the most common mule everyone has heard of. I don’t fancy vodka so I swap mine out with Bourbon or whiskey! Some restaurants or bars call it a Montana Mule and others a Kentucky Mule. Either way it in delicious and the lime juice makes it so refreshing. Ready?! Let’s do this!

This drink is so refreshing! I love that it is not overly sweet because of the addition of the club soda. This Light Bourbon Mule is perfect for a backyard barbecue or sitting on the front porch.

Add all the ingredients either to a separate glass or serving glass filled with ice and enjoy. No need to stir, it kind of does that itself 👍🏻

When I say lighter I mean less sweet. Ginger beer is loaded with sugar, but with the addition of the seltzer it cuts down on the sugary taste.
