All You Need is Love + a Valentine Cocktail (FREE Recipe Card)

My kids are laughing and calling me “cringy” as I attempt to name my Valentine cocktail and type this post, but how festive is this VALENTINI?!

Make it with four simple ingredients: prosecco, colored sugar and sprinkles, grenadine, and frozen cherries. You can get everything you need from the grocery store. If you like prosecco with fruit, I think you’ll love this cocktail.

First, dampen the edge of your martini glass(es) and swirl in a plate with sugar. If you want to rim your glasses with valentine sprinkles, you can use a marshmallow. Simply microwave one large marshmallow for 10 seconds in the microwave (or you can use marshmallow creme). Carefully rim the edge of your glass with marshmallow and roll the edges in sprinkles. And once it cools, you won’t have to worry about marshmallow lips, LOL!

Next, pour in your prosecco.

Add in one teaspoon of grenadine syrup.

Roll your frozen cherries in the extra sugar and drop into your glass. It’s really that simple!

I used cherries frozen from this summer. Want more cherry recipes? Try Dark Chocolate Cherry Mini Scones or Mini Cherry Cheesecakes.
