Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Pistachios(Roasted and Unsalted )
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
  • 80 g White Chocolate
  • 2-3 Tbsp Milk/Heavy Cream
  • Few Drops Vanilla Extract
Toppings/Garnish
  • 50 g Chocolate for topping(I used milk and white chocolate both)
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Pistachio For Coating
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut For Coating
Instructions

First add the pistachios in a blender and blend into powder.
Then add shredded coconut into that and blend well. Until you get fine powder of both coconut and pistachios.
Then in a microwave or using double boiler method melt 80 g White Chocolate. Once the chocolate is slightly cooled down add that to a big bowl.
Add few drops of vanilla extract to that (4-5 drops). And gradually add 2-3 tbsp milk/heavy cream to it.
I recommend adding 2 tbsp milk/heavy cream at a time and add 1 more tbsp if needed after adding pistachio coconut mixture.
Now add pistachio coconut powder to it and mix well.
Add more milk/heavy cream or pistachio-coconut mixture as needed to get dough like texture.
The mixture should be able to hold the shape and should not be too sticky.
Then form small rounds out of it and coat the rounds with the ground pistachio or coconut well.
Drizzle some melted chocolate on top and sprinkle some chopped pistachios.
Let them set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.Enjoy💚💚
