This rich, buttery peach cobbler just melts in your mouth at the first bite. I made this for dessert when my in-laws came into town for a visit and I had to make this twice on back to back days. The second batch I even doubled. It was such a hit, they had seconds for dessert and even ate it for breakfast! It was a bad week to start two Healthy Habit Challenge Groups!
Can you imagine how great this will be in the summertime when the peaches are fresh?! I have two peach trees in my backyard and my husband already made the comment how he can't wait until those trees start producing so I can make this again with fresh peaches.
For the recipe, I just used canned peaches, which is still good but you probably want to lay off the extra sugar on top if these are already drowning in heavy syrup.
