How many videos of the popular Tik Tok baked feta pasta dish have you seen?
So many wonderful, colorful and tasty recipe creations. It became so popular than there was a shortage of feta cheese blocks in many super market around the world. Wow, how crazy is that!
Once I got my hand on the feta cheese, I decided to make my own spin on this popular recipe. A delicious KETO version, using heart of palm pasta. Not only is low calorie, low net carbs but very flavorful and lighter version of this amazing dish.
For this recipe, I cut out the feta into a heart shape, add the tomatoes, olives, garlic, Italian soffrito seasonings from Trader Joes and good amount of olive oil. Baked it for 20 minutes and then broiled for 5 minutes. Once it came out of the oven, I added the heart of palm linguini, mix it all together. There you have it, a tasty tangy Keto Baked Feta Pasta!
I used a heart shape cookie cutter to cut into the feta cheese block.
Keep it low carb, gluten free with @traderjoes heart of palm linguini.
An easy and delicious dinner idea.
And perfectly matched with a pan seared wild Alaskan Salmon. A complete, healthy and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
TIK TOK BAKED FETA KETO PASTA DISH
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of kalamatta olives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of Trader Joe's Italian soffrito seasonings
- 1 package of Trader Joe's heart of palm linguini
Instructions
- First, use a heart shape cookie cutter and cut into the feta cheese. You may skip this and simply use the whole feta block of cheese.
- In a oven safe baking dish, add the tomatoes, olives and garlic and place the feta cheese in the middle add the olive oil and seasonings.
- Then, bake it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Then broil for 5 minutes
- Once ready, get it out of the oven and mix in all the ingredients. It is creamy delicious.
- Then get the heart of palms linguini, rinse in warm water for a few seconds, drain, pad dry and then add it to the creamy feta. I topped off with lemon zest and fresh parsley.
- I served with a pan seared wild Alaskan salmon. Just the perfect combo for dinner!
