Paleo Yogurt Pops
The gluten-free and paleo diet have a common theme of grain exclusion, and the paleo diet also limits dairy products. Lately, I’ve been playing around with my desserts and trying to make them healthier. I’ve realized that one way to do this is by eliminating dairy products. I already use almond milk as a substitute to whole milk when baking because I always have the alternative in my fridge. Now, I’m trying to make a list of quick and easy paleo desserts for everyone out there. Below is one of my favorite paleo desserts!
These paleo yogurt pops are the perfect summer treat! I like to use coconut yogurt because I think it tastes better than soy or almond milk yogurt, but that's a personal preference. You can use whatever yogurt you want to make these! The fruit uses is also versatile, but I would suggest using berries as the recipe requires you to mash the fruit. I like to use raspberries because they're a great source of fiber, plus they're so delicious in the summer! Check out this easy 5 minute recipe below.
