Tater tots are definitely one of my favorite ways to prepare any type of potato; I absolutely love the crispy texture! These Air Fryer Sweet Potato Tots are homemade from scratch from start to finish, but don't get intimidated just yet. The recipe calls for super simple ingredients and are so easy to make. They are a delicious side dish and appetizer to make yourself, rather than going with the store-bought option. I love experimenting and trying things out myself because you have complete control of the ingredients and seasoning that got into the tater tots making this the way healthier option!
