This has got to be one of my favorite oven vegetable dishes. There is truely nothing like the scent of hot butter wafting through the house, it gets me every time! And when you add cauliflower and garlic into the mix, you truly can not go wrong. I always try to make an effort to eat this dish when it's fresh straight out of the oven, because even though it makes for good leftovers, there is nothing like fresh, hot vegies with butter and garlic. I hope you enjoy making and eating this dish as much as I do, happy cooking!

Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp smokey/BBQ seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions

- Wash and cut off the stalk of the coliflour. Place it in the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, salt, pepper, seasoning and garlic.
- Pour mixture over the coliflour. You can use a basking brush to get the butter mixture into all the crevaces.
- Once the oven has preheated, cover the dish with aluminium foil and place in the oven.
- Cook for 30 minutes, remove the foil and place back in the oven for another 30 minutes - the coliflour should be beginning to brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
