Roasted Cabbage Steaks With Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
For the Cabbage Steaks
- 1 Cabbage
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt/Pepper to taste
For the Dijon Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lite Real Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
For the Cabbage Steaks
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Cut cabbage into thick steak filets.
- Add to a roasting dish.
- Mix the garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, and salt/pepper.
- Spread this mixture on top of the cabbage.
- Pop into the oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
For the Dijon Sauce
- Mix the above ingredients into a bowl.
- Drizzle on top of the steaks or keep in a little dipping bowl on the side.
