Hello everyone! Today I’m sharing these super healthy crunchy bites which are very easy to make, they are cooked with no oil in the air fryer and they are a diet friendly food idea with only 1 WW point for 2!

According to daughter, they are like Christmas in a bite and why not, these could be the perfect addition to your Christmas table.

Ingredients
  • 12 boiled Brussels sprouts
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 80gr breadcrumbs 
  • Garlic powder
Instructions
Method
Wash Brussels sprouts and remove external leaves.
Boil them until tender (about 10/15 mins).
Smash them with a glass.
Dip in beaten egg with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then coat with breadcrumbs (I added fresh rosemary for flavour).
Air fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 8/10 mins or until crispy outside. 
Enjoy alone or with a yogurt and garlic dip for extra delight!
