Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. I always enjoy our time together. I hope that you have had a lovely week. I sure did. I had time to think about what’s coming up next. Can you believe that the next holiday is Valentine’s Day? Already? Where in the world is the time going? If time flies when you are having fun, I must be having a blast. Anyway, I digress. Valentines Day is just next month. I have such a great recipe for you. It’s super easy, super fast and super delicious. You can’t get better than that-three supers in one recipe description. Today, I’m going to share The Best Stuffed Mushroom Recipe with you. Come on, I’ll show you.
So sorry about the blurry pic. It is the best that I had of the finished product. Sometimes the photographer, me, forgets to reset the settings on her camera.
This recipe has been a family favorite for years. It’s quick and easy and oh, so delicious. It has just a few ingredients and it is perfect for a cozy romantic evening with your significant other with Valentine’s Day which is just around the corner or for serving to your family and friends.
The ingredient list is so simple, you may even have everything that you need already. For the dairy free, gluten free version-you need sausage, pork rinds, coconut milk, salt and pepper and mushrooms. For the regular version-you need sausage, panko or breading, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mushrooms.
