Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms are a long time favorite of mine to make up! These are easy to make and make the perfect side dish for a grilled dinner!
Now when I made these up I paired them up with a couple of my other favorite recipes too. I love to pick up fresh mozzarella cheese at the store to make both side dishes and to make appetizers with. Plus let’s face it mozzarella cheese alone is amazing to snack on as well.
