This Antioxidant Orange Pomegranate Juice takes just 2 ingredients and a little patience to deseed the pomegranates.

We’ve had a couple of pomegranates laying around, as we rarely seem able to actually eat them, so I thought why not juicing them to load up on vitamins!


Pomegranates are really good for you and we should all be taking full advantage while the season lasts. Not only are they rich in vitamins and antioxidants, but they are also delicious as well!


Specifically, they can improve your skin condition and slow down the aging process. For more juice recipes that are packed with vitamin C.

Ingredients


  • 5 large pomegranates Peeled
  • 2 organic oranges peeled
  • 1/2 glass water optional
  • Mint Leaves
  • Orange slices-3-4

Instructions

Preparation-Juicer

Peeled 4 oranges, pomegranate seeds add them into the juice and run it for 5 minutes to ensure they are properly mixed and juice it
Pour into a glass, Squeeze orange juice out of the remaining oranges, add mint leaves, sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top for garnish,
Stir orange pomegranate juice well and taste.
Serve.

Tips

  • If it is too sour, add 2 ts of sugar and 1 cup water to dilute and stir to combine.
