Have you ever had a spritz cookie before? They are crunchy little buttery cookies. It is very hard to just eat one! Ready?! Let’s do this!

Look at these little bundles of buttery goodness! These are spritz cookies, but they are also called press cookies.

Instructions

Cream butter then add sugar. Add each egg yolk one at a time. Add vanilla. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until well combined. Put part of the dough into the cookie press and then press the cookies on a greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350F for 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
