Ask anyone who knows me....one of my go-to or "crave worthy" flavor profiles I absolutely love it is Asian flavors. I love ginger and garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar.... you name it. We eat some type of Asian inspired food at least once a week.

This spicy peanut dressing is so simple to whip up in a blender or food processor, whichever you have! It lasts long in an airtight container refrigerated and can not only be used to toss Chinese noodles in for a cold noodle salad or a hot noodle dish, but you can also use it for chicken skewers. It's versatile and delicious.

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup warm water, plus extra if needed
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 med garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

Place all ingredients in order listed above in a blender.
Start by turning the blender on a low speed and increase slowly to medium speed and let blend for approximately 2 minutes until dressing is smooth.
If the dressing is too thick, add in a tablespoon of warm water at a time to loosen the dressing until desired consistency is achieved.
