Ask anyone who knows me....one of my go-to or "crave worthy" flavor profiles I absolutely love it is Asian flavors. I love ginger and garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar.... you name it. We eat some type of Asian inspired food at least once a week.

This spicy peanut dressing is so simple to whip up in a blender or food processor, whichever you have! It lasts long in an airtight container refrigerated and can not only be used to toss Chinese noodles in for a cold noodle salad or a hot noodle dish, but you can also use it for chicken skewers. It's versatile and delicious.
