After a long and cold day, there’s nothing that can warm you up such as a bowl of delicious and flavorful soup. Deep flavoured mushroom soup is one of my favorites and I am sure you will love it as much as I do. Especially if paired with this delicious crostini made out of leftovers.
I am the happiest when I manage to use leftovers and get something pretty special and delicious out of them. This one one of those cases. These leftover roasted chicken crostini are to die for. And this skin is amazing!!
Also, I have used the bones and all little pieces to make the quick broth which paired wonderfully with my favorite mushroom soup.
