All the fall vibes here in this cozy brussels sprouts salad. I sauteed the veggies to be a little softer and richer in flavor. Also, the warmth adds to the comfort feel of this dish. It's a perfect healthy side dish to bring to any family gathering happening this Thanksgiving! Whipping this up just takes about a total of 15 min so if you're looking for a quick and easy dish, it's this. All you need are brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, apples, and any nuts or seeds. It's super simple, loaded with flavor, and sure to be a hit for the holiday table.
