Warm Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad
This Warm Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad is the side dish you didn’t know you needed! It is a delicious combination of warm brussels sprouts, garlicky caesar dressing, salty parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper.
This delicious salad only calls for 4 simple ingredients! A few of which I’m sure you already have in your fridge and pantry:
- Fresh brussels sprouts
- Caesar dressing- any brand, whichever is your favorite
- Parmesan cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
First, trim your sprouts and slice them thinly. See our How to Clean and Cut Brussels Sprouts post if you need more information on preparing brussels sprouts.
Then, in a lightly greased saute pan cook the sprouts over medium heat. Cook until lightly golden and they are just starting to get tender. Be sure to stir often to avoid burning them.
Finally, toss in your favorite Caesar dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper! Serve this salad immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- Caesar salad dressing
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Trim ends off of brussels sprouts and chop into thin slices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with oil.
- Cook brussels sprouts in skillet and stir regularly. Cook until they are tender and begin to turn golden brown.
- Toss brussels sprouts in desired amount of caesar dressing. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh ground black pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Use preferred brand of caesar dressing for this salad.

Can you use frozen Brussels sprouts instead
Caesar salad dressing is so fattening. I would have to find a healthier option.
