I love the bright beautiful bold colors in this salad, it just looks so appetizing to me and once you take a bite you will not be disappointed.
The tangy lemony dressing is toned down just a bit with a drizzle of honey, and that small touch of sweetness complements the salty feta cheese perfectly.
This salad is so refreshing and crunchy it’s hard to stop at just one serving, but even if you do indulge in seconds you will feel good about it! Radishes are rich in antioxidants and minerals making them a great addition to this salad.
So why not give this tasty side dish a try with your next meal?
Begin by washing and chopping all of that beautiful fresh produce. For this salad you will need cucumber, radish, green onions, fresh dill and of course some feta cheese.
Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing and drizzle over the salad.
Toss to evenly incorporate and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
This salad is simply stunning. The bright radishes really stand out against the fresh green cucumbers.
I prefer to slice the cucumbers and radishes as thin as possible. I think this makes the salad look the prettiest, and the easiest to eat.
Enjoy!

I love radishes, however my significant other does not. What can I replace the radishes with.
I make this with the ingredients listed plus thinly sliced jimaca and add kalamata olives. Keeps well also.
