How to Make Hearty and Delicious Harvest Salad
- 3 c Salad Greens
- 1 c Bacon
- 1/2 c Dried Cranberries
- 1 Apples, diced
- 1/2 c Goat Cheese
- 1/2 c Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 c Pomegranate ariels
- 1/4 c Olive Oil
- 1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 T Maple Syrup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- In a large serving bowl, add all salad ingredients.
- In a small mixing bowl, add maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over harvest salad.
