Learn how to make crispy air fryer chicken wings. The air fryer is my favorite way to make wings now. They make for a quick and easy appetizer or main dish.

There are a few tricks to getting crispy wings, and i go over all of them in my how to make wings in the air fryer post. Water will make your wings get soggy, so let them come to room temperature and pat with paper towels to remove excess water before air frying.

You can also add salt and either baking powder or baking soda to your wings. These work in different ways to make your wings crispy. You can toss your wings in either one to help make them extra crispy.

Once your wings are cooked, you can toss them in BBQ sauce, wing sauce, or garlic parmesan sauce.

I have the PowerXL air fryer and love it! It does more than just air fry, so it's a great appliance for the kitchen.
