Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 4 onions, cut into circles
  • 10-15 pieces of chicken breast
  • Marinade:
  • Half a cup of oil (preferably olive oil)
  • Salt and black pepper
  •  1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon spice for chickens
  • 1 tsp. chickenbroth powder
Instructions
Preparation:
In a pan we will fry the onions with some of the oil and set aside.
In a medium bowl we will mix well all the marinade ingredients.
Add the chicken breast to the bowl and mix well, let's say for 20 minutes in the refrigerator
Heat a striped skillet or heat high and roast the chicken breast well on both sides
We will add the onions, roast for a few more minutes and serve hot
