Berry Tarts

6 Tarts
20 min

These super-easy Berry Tarts make a wonderful dessert! There’s no baking involved because you use store-bought dessert shells for these tarts. There’s a thin layer of raspberry or blueberry jam on the inside bottom of the dessert shell to add a little extra sweetness to the tart. And the creamy filling is a simple mix of cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and a little vanilla extract. Then you just top with fresh berries, like raspberries and blueberries, for a sweet-tasting and sweet-looking dessert!

I think the size is perfect, too—these tarts are not too small and not too big—they’re just right!

It’s also easy to make fruit substitutions in these—instead of raspberries, try sliced strawberries, or switch out the blueberries for blackberries.
