This skillet sausage and peppers recipe can be prepped, made, and served in 15 minutes for a quick and easy dinner!

Skillet dinners are some of my very favorite!


They can be prepped, made and served in about 15 minutes.


The key is to find a large skillet.


This recipes makes enough for a family with little kids, but I would double for older kids with bigger appetites!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack sausages, diced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bag frozen peppers
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Saute the onion and peppers together in the extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the sausage.
Add to the vegetables along with the garlic and salt.
Saute until the sausages and veggies are browned.
Freezing Instructions
Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag except the olive oil. Freeze flat. Thaw prior to cooking.
