Welcome back to Dishplay It my Foodie friends!


Next on the Summer recipes series, we area headin to the grill cook some chicken kabobs. These chicken kabobs are marinade in Sadaf foods chicken kabob seasonings and then assembled into kabobs with onions and colorful bell peppers. Then bring them to grill and cook for about 3 -4 minutes each side or until chicken is cooked through.


Here are the ingredients for these delish Grilled Chicken Kabobs

1.5 lb of chicken breast cut into pieces

2 1/2 tsp of @sadaf_foods chicken kabobs seasoning

1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp of salt and pepper

Onions and bell peppers @melissasproduce

My favorite seasonings to cook a Mediterranean inspired meal.

Cook for about 4 minutes each side or until chciken is cooked through. Use a meat thermoter to verify it reaches 160 internal temperature.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb of chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 2 1/2 tsp of @sadaf_foods chicken kabobs seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
  • 2 red onions and
  • 2 large bell peppers or 8 mini peppers
  • Oil spray to coat the kabobs before grilling
Instructions

First prep the chicken into cubes or pieces, add the Sadaf Foods kabob seasoning mix and let the chicken marinade for at least 1-2 hours.
While the kabobs are marinating cut the onions and bell peppers into chunks
If using bamboo skewers, make sure to soak them in water at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Assemble the kabobs with the chicken chunks, onions and bell peppers. Grill at medium heat turning each side about 4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. I used a meat thermometer to make sure is cooked through. 
Serve with your favorite salad, rice, breads or by itself.

Tips
  • If using bamboo skewers make sure to soak them at least 30 minutes before grilling.
