Oktoberfest Kielbasa Kabobs

Happy October! Today we're whipping up delicious grilled kielbasa kabobs and celebrating Oktoberfest in style!

This easy recipe is one you'll want to make a few times during the fall. It's warm, comforting, and has all your favorite veggies and delicious kielbasa bites - all grilled and ready to devour!

You can make these your own with any veggies you like. We're making them with bell peppers, tomatoes, onion, and smoked polska kielbasa!.

Simply skewer them onto wooden skewers, alternating kielbasa and veggies until the skewers are nearly full.

Then grill them up until the veggies and kielbasa are nice and hot!


TIP: Use a piece of tin foil to prevent the ends of the skewers from burning.

Serve with your favorite cold brew and pretzel rolls and you have a delicious Oktoberfest meal ready to go!

Ingredients

  • Polska Kielbasa
  • Green, Yellow, and Red Peppers
  • Large Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
Instructions

Preheat grill to high
Slice Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes and Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa into 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces
Skewer Polska Kielbasa, Peppers, Onion and Tomato in an alternating pattern
Oil grill grates with veggie oil
Grill for 3-5 minutes on one side
Flip and grill an additional 3-5 minutes or until Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa reaches 165 Degrees F internal temperature.
