These Coca Cola Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs Recipe are perfect for tailgating at home!! I mean is there anything better than being able to use your crockpot to make great tailgating food,?? With being on the west coast of the country we end up with some early games when it comes to any of the sports seasons get-togethers!

Now our sports viewing tends to happen during the sports season for the kids as well. I love that I can use my crockpot to make up amazing sports foods!! The best part is that I can roll out of bed, walk into the kitchen, dump this in the slow cooker, and crawl back into bed if the game is on early!!

Coca-Cola Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs Ingredients:

  • 3 Lbs Boneless Country Style Ribs
  • 10 Oz. Of Coca-Cola
  • 2 Bottles BBQ sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • A Sprinkle Minced Onion
  • Non-stick Spray

Coca-Cola Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs Directions:

Spray your slow cooker with a non-stick spray or line with a crockpot liner.

Lay your ribs in the slow cooker. I cut mine down in size a bit because the strips were so long.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, minced onion, and any other seasonings of choice.Pour in your Coca-Cola and BBQ sauce.

Give a bit of a stir to make sure it’s mixed and the ribs are coated.

Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 4 to 6 hours.

Be sure to use a meat thermometer to make sure your ribs are cooked all the way and enjoy! “Done” is 145-degrees, but you might prefer 180-degrees to make them tender.
