My husband, Kirk, really likes a good Pork Chop. I am always on the look out for a new recipe to try. This recipe is inspired by https://www.bhg.com/ I have made this recipe my own by making a few changes to it. For example, this recipe calls for 3/4 inch thick Pork Chops. I used the thin cut Pork Chops in my recipe.

The Finished Product!

This is a great weeknight recipe to make for dinner. I paired this recipe with mashed potatoes and some gravy. But you can pair it with green beans just as well.

Let's get started

The herb stuffing will need to be crushed but you can determine how fine you want to crush it. I actually left the stuffing quite chunky and loved it.

Right in my cast iron skillet

I also dipped the Pork Chop twice. Dip the Pork Chop in the egg mixture, then herb stuffing and back into the egg mixture and back in the herb stuffing. This gave it a much thicker layer of herb stuffing on the Pork Chop. I flipped the Pork Chops after 10 minutes. I loved how golden brown these came out.
