Easy Oven Baked Pork Ribs

Don’t have a grill or barbecue? You can still make tasty ribs at home with this simple pork ribs recipe. These fall off the bone ribs will be a hit with your family. Serve with barbecue sauce and a side of grilled potatoes or veggies and three finger licking good ribs will one of your go-to dinner meals.

Begin with one rack of pork ribs. Make sure they are fully thawed. If the ribs are frozen place them in the fridge the night before to thaw. Place the rack of ribs on an oven safe dish and preheat the oven to 275 degrees.

Slather the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and sprinkle with garlic salt and Trader Joe’s Green Goddess seasoning blend. Place in oven. You can also prep and season the ribs the night before and keep in the fridge until it’s time to cook. Don’t add the barbecue sauce or seasoning to frozen ribs though, only if they are already thawed.

Let cook for 2 hours. Low and slow is the name of the game with ribs. After fully cooked remove from the oven and let cook for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce and a side of veggies or potatoes. Serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

Thraw ribs under refrigeration.
preheat oven to 275.
Place on oven safe dish.
Apply barbecue sauce to meat.
Sprinkle on seasonings.
Place in oven.
Bake for 2 hours.
Remove from oven. Let cook for several minutes before serving.
