This Easy Spicy Sticky Glazed Asian Meatballs recipe was actually an accident. My husband bought a huge pack of ground beef to male bolognese sauce last week, and after a few days, we had a pound of ground beef that I didn’t want to go to waste.

I decided to make meatballs - but with an Asian inspired twist!

I wanted something spicy – so instead of traditionally using eggs to hold the meatballs together, I opted for sriracha.

This, with the help of spices, gave the meatballs a delicious flavor. It was SO good. There’s loads of flavor. It’s spicy, but there’s not too much heat.

This recipe is a great quick weeknight meal or would be great for meal prep!
