Sheet pan nachos are the perfect, easy Super Bowl snack. Layer chips, browned hamburger, cheese, black olives, beans and any other toppings you desire. Bake for 5-10 minutes and there you have it! A tasty treat for the family to share.

Sheet Pan Nachos!

A few things!

Don’t overbake: no need to bake your nachos for long! Just leave them in the oven until cheese fully melts into gooey goodness. If they bake much longer, cheese will become crispy.

Baking sheet: I use a nice, big 17x11 inch baking sheet so I can make plenty of machos!

Taco seasoning: buy taco-seasoning mix at the store or make your own taco seasoning at home. It’s super easy (and tastes better than store-bought in my opinion)!

Another great gameday recipe to try!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Corn tortilla chips
  • 1 lb. Ground beef *I use 97/3%
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 2.25oz. can Sliced black olives *drained
  • 1/4 cup Black beans *drained & rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced canned jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup Refried beans
Other optional topping ideas:
  • Avocado, tomatoes, sours cream, cilantro, salsa
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown ground beef on the stovetop and drain excess fat.
Place a single base layer of corn tortilla chips on large, 17x11 inch baking sheet and cover with two thirds of your toppings & cheese.
Add a second, thinner layer of chips and cover with remaining toppings.
Finish with cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes. (*Tip: bake just until the cheese melts. It will quickly become crisp rather than gooey if nachos are left in the oven too long).
Serve with salsa, avocado, tomato, sour cream, etc.
Enjoy!

  • Love your take on Nachos! My bubble buddy group had a Nacho sharing party. Everyone made their favorite along with recipe instructions. All different and all quite tasty! In the warmer months we grill the Nachos and their favorite addition is grilled shrimp. Never met a Nacho I didn't like! Thanks for sharing.
