What's one food item that signifies summer time? Burgers. This recipe is a slightly healthier take on a traditional hamburger. You can add any ingredient you'd like & use your creativity. I've made this recipe with caramelized onions, different cheeses, avocado, etc. Make it to your preference! I used the "magnifisauce" from Trader Joe's but you can make your own using a combination of mayonnaise, Ketchup, and relish OR you can use Thousand Island dressing. Hope you all had a great summer!

I have made this for years. I add grated cheddar and sweet onion because that’s what I put on my burgers. I call it cheeseburger salad. 😀
