Have you ever marinated chicken in Greek yogurt, I hadn’t until now, I was seeing a lot of different recipes and took what I liked out of a few of them to come up with this Greek yogurt marinade that will make your chicken juicy and flavorful!

This recipe is enough to marinate 2 chicken breasts which I cubed up so I could skewer them and cook on the grill

I put 1/2 cup Greek yogurt in a bowl, I used 0% but you can use low fat or full fat with same results

I added 2 tablespoons olive oil

The juice of a whole lemon and the zest

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoons Italian seasoning and 1 tablespoons onion powder

mix until all combined

Place chicken in a zip lock bag

Pour marinade over the chicken and mix well in bag so all is covered and leave for 2 hours or overnight

I skewered the chicken chunks and grilled on med high heat turning throughout until the internal temp was 165 degrees

I like to serve this alongside a salad! I hope you try these and enjoy them as much as I did!
