I am not going to lie! I am kind of obsessed with avocados. They are creamy, delicious and super healthy for you. You could put them in smoothies, make a pasta sauce with them, dice them in a salad... you name it! There is always a place for avocados in my book! But one of my favorite ways to eat avocados is to make smashed avocado toast!

I use lemon juice and kosher salt to brighten the flavor and a healthy pinch of red pepper flakes because I like a little heat. If you are not a fan of pepper or heat, just omit!

I know people tend to gravitate toward avocado toasts for breakfast, but I can honestly eat this any time of day.
