Everyone loves a refreshing drink on a hot summer day....well, really any day. Mocktails are the perfect way to get your cocktail on without the alcohol and the affects it brings. The three recipes below are quick and easy with very few ingredients.

Pink Grapefruit Fizz
- 1-1/2 granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 cups cold water
- 1-1/2 cups ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1.25 liters soda water, chilled
- 1 ruby red grapefruit
- Ice cubes
Green Lemonade Spritz
- 4 kiwi
- 1-1/2 granulated sugar
- 1-1/2 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup lemonade, chilled
- 1/4 cup limeade, chilled
- soda water, chilled
- ice cubes
Frozen Peach Bellini
- 2 peaches
- 1 cup sparkling apple juice, chilled
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Instructions
Instructions for Pink Grapefruit Fizz
- Combine sugar and 1-1/2 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium heat
- Cook, stirring 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved
- Add grapefruit juice and stir to combine
- Pour mixture into a pitcher and chill
- Peel and slice pink grapefruit
- Remove small sections of grapefruit from the slices
- Once mixture is cold, add soda water and stir
- In a glass, add slices of grapefruit and ice
- Pour grapefruit/soda water into glass
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit rind and enjoy
Instructions for Green Lemonade
- Peel and slice kiwi
- Combine sugar and 1-1/2 cups cold water in a saucepan over medium heat
- Cook, stirring 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice, lemonade and limeade to cocktail shaker
- Shake well
- Strain into a glass filled with soda water and ice
- Garnish with kiwi slice or lime wedge
- Enjoy
Instructions for Frozen Peach Bellini
- Peel and slice peaches and place in freezer for one hour
- Combine peaches, sparkling apple juice, and sugar in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into glasses and top with additional sparkling apple juice
- Garnish with a peach slice
- Enjoy
Tips
- You can use frozen peaches for the Peach Bellini Fizz
- The sugar/water mixture is called "Simple Syrup" and can be refrigerated in a sealed jar up to two weeks.
