Wraps are a very popular meal now a days and this 4 ingredient egg wrap is not only super easy and fast to make but they’re very low carb and perfect for a single serving. This recipe requires no flour and you can change up the flavor depending on the herbs 🌿 you choose to add. For these I used green onions , parsley and garlic. I’ve used spinach before and it gives them a nice green color.


This recipe makes one wrap and it’s only for the wrap, you get to choose your filling. Some of my favorite fillings are sausage, chicken, carnitas, greens, sprouts, arugula, avocado, onions and my fav spreads include, sriracha, hummus, and guac.


These are perfect as a meal prep, I make enough to last me 5 days. When I prep them, I stack them using parchment paper in between each one and store them in glass containers. They store nicely!

Ingredients
For the egg wrap
  • 1 whole egg 🥚
  • 1 tbsp herbs 🌿 🌱 (I used parsley & green onions but you can use any herbs)
  • 1 small garlic 🧄 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Filling recommendations: Sausage, chicken, spinach, mixed greens, avocado, sprouts, arugula, tomatoes, onios, mushrooms…
Instructions
For the egg wrap
On low heat lightly oil a nonstick frying pan.
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.
Blend to combine.
Transfer egg mixture into pan making sure to spread it out thin & evenly (similar to a crepé).
Cook until the bottom of the egg completely sets (the top will appear to look cooked); approximately 3 to 4 min.
Flip to opposite side & cook for another minute.
Transfer to serving dish, fill with your favorite fillings, roll it up like a burrito and 👇🏼
