I can’t be the only one around here with a serious sweet tooth...right? I’m a sucker for a reaaaalllly good blondie and this recipe definitely delivers!

I love these easy snickerdoodle blondie bars! They require only a handful of simple ingredients, come together very quickly and are just beyond ooey gooey and delicious. A crispy top and velvety smooth center is what really gets me with these bars 😍 They are a decadent treat and pairs so well with coffee for an after dinner dessert.

I love using cinnamon sandwich cookies in this recipe for added cinnamon flavour. The white chocolate chips add the perfect amount of sweetness and compliments the cinnamon flavour so well.

Enjoy this recipe!

They are also not in my area. But they do sound yummy. I think I will try this with the gingerbread Oreos (my favorite Oreo of all time) they have out at Christmas. I think those would be yummy with this recipe. Thank you for posting. ☺️
