A quick dessert that will satisfy all your chocolate cravings!

A single serve treat everyone will love

Who doesn't love a good chocolate pudding? This recipe is made single serve and healthier so you definitely don't need to share hehe. If making for two, just double the recipe!

You will need all-purpose flour. I haven't tried this using any other flour yet but I bet almond flour would work here.

Use cocoa powder and baking powder.

You will need maple syrup or honey if not making for a vegan.

Use any kind of milk you prefer. To keep this vegan use dairy-free milk.

You will also need coconut oil and a piece of chocolate bar. I used dark chocolate to make sure this was kept vegan.

Tools you will need to make this

You don’t really need much to make this and you can easily use what you already have on hand.

You will need:

  • Small mixing bowl
  • Ramekin
  • Fork to mix
  • Spatula

For measuring: 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp, 1 tbsp.
