yes, Idli is healthier!

Brown rice idli is a healthier version of the ever nutritious idli! The only difference is, we substitute the normal rice with brown rice to prepare the idli batter. My family loves this quick breakfast and so we love eating Idli every week . This is quick and healthy recipe . Batter can be stored in the fridge and can make it whenever needed.

They are rich in dietary fiber. Brown rice has less carb content, is low in calories and enriched with essential nutrients. Therefore, it is the best substitute for white rice and hence, is great for losing weight.
