What about a crunchy nutty granola recipe, this is gluten free, sweet and savory, to compliment your yogurt bowls or just as a snack. You should try this new recipe to go NUTS over it.


I have to confess, that I have tried a few recipes, but his one is really a keeper. It is packed with protein, vitamins, it is sweet, it is savory, it is crunchy it is chewy.. with the perfect crunch.


My favorite mix of nuts, oats, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and cranberries. The best way os to use it in yogurt parfaits, make it in a cereal bowl with your favorite plant base milk, or your favorite ice cream cup.


Also, i love it to enjoy it over sliced bananas, with almond butter, and honey and add this nutty granola for a crunchy finish. Just delish!

Easy ingredients from your pantry to make this easy, healthy and delicious CRUNCHY NUTTY GRANOLA.

Mixing all the ingredients with maple syrup, spices and a pinch of salt to slowly roasted to get the perfect crunch.

Once ready, let it cool and add chocolate chips, dry coconut chips and dry cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gluten free sprouted oats
  • 1 cup of mix nuts ( almonds, cashews & pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp of Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil
  • Orange zest
  • 1/2 cup of cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions

First pre- heat oven at 350 degrees
In a bowl mix first:
oats
nuts
spices
In a separate bowl mix:
maple syrup
coconut oil
vanilla extract
orange zest
Now, bring both the dry and wet ingredient together. Ina pan lined with parchment paper lay the granola mixture flat and bake for 15 minutes, tossing half way of the cooking.
Once is ready, let it cool for 10 minutes, then toss in the cranberries, chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
Store in an air tight container or mason jars for up to 10 days.
