I love making tuna tartare, but I felt like changing it up to make this perfectly seared ahi tuna. Using sushi grade tuna, this simple recipe is so fresh, light, and surprisingly easy to make! All you need is tuna, some sesame seeds, a yummy sauce, and fresh herbs. Within minutes you will have a delicious meal that tastes like it's straight out of a restaurant! You can also serve with rice or salad if preferred.
Feel free to substitute cilantro and/or jalapenos with sliced scallions or other herbs of choice.
