Grilled Cod In Foil Recipe

This Grilled Cod In Foil Recipe is a longtime favorite of mine! While I am an avid fish lover most of my family is not a huge fan of fish, however, Grilled Cod Fillet is something they will all eat!


Grilled Cod In Foil Ingredients:

  • Cod Fillet
  • Sliced Lemons
  • Minced Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tin Foil

how to grill cod In Foil:

Spray your foil with some nonstick spray to make sure your Cod fillet won’t stick while grilling.

Now, protip if you are having issues finding Cod at your store you can order online! I love using Omaha Steaks and loved their seafood selection!! (see it -> here)

Layout your fillet and top with some minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste, and then lay sliced lemons on top.

Wrap up your foil around the cod fillet to make a foil packet for it.

Fire up your grill and then once it’s warmed up turn down to low heat.Place your foil on your grill and allow it to cook for about 30 minutes and until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.


Remove and serve up!!
