If you enjoy eating hard boiled eggs but you’re someone like me who can never get the perfect boiled egg, you just found the right recipe. These turn out great, the inside is almost creamy in texture but still solid and the whites are cooked perfectly. No water needed either!
I seriously can cook anything but ask me to cook a hard boiled egg and I guarantee it will never turn out right, UNTIL now! I’ve owned my air fryer for a long time, I think since they came out. I jumped on purchasing one because I knew it would be a game changer when I wanted something fried but didn’t want to actually fry in oil. I use it for everything, and now for even cooking eggs. No lie, if you’ve never air fried boiled eggs, you need to give it a try. They turn out perfect every time. I’ve played with the cooking time and 12 minutes is perfect for us. If you like them softer, cook them for less time.
The great thing about this recipe is that the eggs don’t have that grey color around the edges when they’re over boiled/cooked. At 12 minutes, they are perfectly cooked. The shells peel off easily too. I hope you give it a try!
